“Catering Champions On and Off the Court”
Farmington, Arkansas In this small, tight-knit community, championship banners don’t just hang, they speak. They echo with the thunder of fast breaks, defensive stands, and decades of legacy. At the center of it all stands Brad Johnson, the head coach who didn’t just build a team he built a dynasty.
Coach Johnson departs Farmington with a legacy etched in hardwood and hearts: five state championships. But beyond the rings and trophies, Johnson’s true masterpiece was cultural. He created a system rooted in excellence, unity, and belief, a winning tradition destined to outlast his tenure.

The 3-Peat Masterpiece
The crown jewel of Johnson’s legendary run came with a three-peat from 2022 to 2025 a stretch of dominance where Farmington’s girls didn’t just win… they commanded the game.
Led by a fearless cast including Marin Adams, Zoey Bershers, and Easton McCollough, the Cardinals became synonymous with precision, poise, and pressure basketball.
• 2023: The breakthrough. Farmington shocked the state, blending youth and experience to take the crown.
• 2024: The revenge tour. Undefeated in conference play, their defense and discipline ruled the court.
• 2025: The legacy year. With a 30–1 record, they didn’t just defend their title they cemented it.
Every timeout, press, and huddle carried the same fingerprint: Brad Johnson’s.
A Culture of Winning
Brad Johnson wasn’t just a coach, he was a culture builder.
Practices felt like masterclasses. Film sessions were motivational blueprints. The locker room wasn’t about hype, it was about honor.
“We don’t chase wins. We chase standards. The wins come because we live up to them every day.”
— Coach Brad Johnson
His players bought in. The community rallied behind him. Opponents respected him. And most importantly — his program became the standard for Arkansas high school basketball.
Answering the Next Call: The University of Arkansas
In a move that shocked some and inspired many, Coach Johnson is stepping away from the high school game — and stepping up to the next level.
Starting this fall, Johnson joins the University of Arkansas women’s basketball program as an assistant coach. His résumé speaks volumes and the Razorbacks took notice. With his player-first philosophy and championship experience, Johnson is ready to make an impact on the collegiate stage.
Leaving a Legacy, Not Just a Record
Brad Johnson didn’t just leave with banners, he left a blueprint.
He didn’t just win, he taught winning. He created something bigger than basketball: a system built on values, standards, and purpose. And now, as he hands the baton to the next leader, Farmington isn’t starting over, it’s continuing forward.
This isn’t the end of an era.
It’s the beginning of a legend.
