Legacy Secured: Mills Rallies for Fifth State Title

In a thrilling comeback, the Mills Comets clinched their fifth state championship with a 56–51 victory over Morrilton in the 2025 4A Boys State Championship game. Trailing after each of the first three quarters, Mills surged ahead in the final frame, showcasing resilience and determination.

Game Recap

The Comets entered the fourth quarter down 37–36 but outscored the Devil Dogs 20–14 in the final period to secure the win.

Zaylin Rowland (Senior): Named the 4A State Tournament MVP with 10 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.

Marshall Walls (Junior): Led all scorers with 19 points and 6 rebounds.

Anthony Hester (Junior): Dominated the paint with 13 points and 9 rebounds.
